This was stated by the President of the Association of Ukrainian producers "Ice cream and frozen products" Igor Bartkovskiy during a press conference at UKRINFORM, reported a correspondent of UKRINFORM.
"Thus, soft ice cream, which is sold on the street, in cafes, restaurants will be monitored from the point of view of raw materials and quality of manufacture" — said Bartkovskiy.
He added that State standards for soft ice cream were developed in 2017.
According to Bartkovskiy, today in Ukraine almost all ice cream producers work according to existing standards.
We will remind, today in Ukraine there are State standards for ice cream producers: 4733 "Ice cream milk-based, cream-based, plombir", 4734 "Fruit ice cream, aromatic ice-cream, sherbet and ice" and 4735 "Ice cream with combined composition of raw materials".
